Dining F.A.Q.

What is the preferred attire for lunch and/or dinner at the Club?

Casual attire is acceptable for both lunch and dinner. Periodically the Club will have a special event that will be a dress up occasion. The dress code for that event will be advertised. Please no hats while in the Casual or Main Dining Rooms.

Is there a charge for cancelling reservations?

There is no charge for cancelling reservations except special holidays such as: Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Wine Dinners, and Santa Brunch.

How does gratuity work at the Club? Is there a service charge and should I tip additionally?

Gratuity to the server is up to each member's discretion. There is a 20% Club Banquet Charge (CBC) added to all private events (Weddings/Receptions, Baby/Bridal Showers, Meetings, floral arrangements, and other miscellaneous charges incurred with an event). The CBC is not a gratuity.

Can I request a specific server for my visit to the Club?

Yes. Please make your server request when making your reservation. Requests will be granted based on availability.

Does Chef Paul do private parties away from the Club? How do I go about booking this?

Chef Paul does offer catering through the Club. Please email him at paul@cartersvillecountryclub.com for menu options and details.

Is there a maximum number for a lunch or dinner parties/reservations? Is there a certain amount that makes it a 'special event'?

Please contact the Dining Room for all parties 9 or more for lunch or dinner.

When is the Club open for dining?

Tuesday: 11am - 2pm Salad Bar, Lunch and Bar menus available.
Wednesday: 11am - 8pm · Salad Bar, Lunch and Bar menus available. TO GO EXPRESS – Weekly specials also available.
Thursday: 11am - 2pm Salad Bar available. 11am - 9pm Lunch and Bar menus available. 5:30pm - 9pm Dinner menu available.
Friday: 11am - 9pm · Lunch and Bar menus available. 5:30pm - 9pm Dinner menu available.
Saturday: 8am - 11am Breakfast menu available. 11am - 9pm Lunch and Bar menu available. 5:30pm - 9pm Dinner menu available.
Sunday 8am - 11am Breakfast menu available.11am - 2pm Lunch and Bar menu available. Twice a month there is a wonderful Brunch Buffet available from 11am – 2pm. Check your most recent newsletter for dates!

Can I pay cash at the Club?

We do accept cash in the Founder's Lounge and Golf Shop. You may pay with a debit card or credit card for any Food & Beverage and/or golf purchase.

How do I book a room for a meeting or party?

Please contact Christine Gossett or Matthew Hendrix to see if a room is available. There is no fee for booking a room for members and their immediate families. The only charge is for food and alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks. (No outside food is allowed.)

Can my friend use the club for a party?

Yes. Non members can use the club with a member sponsor and there is a fee of $500.00 per room.

Do I need a reservation for lunch and/or dinner?

Reservations are not required, but in order to serve you better they are strongly suggested. Reservations can be made by calling (770) 382 4882 ext. 105.
